Ten years ago I was working thirteen hour days in a pastoral capacity in a Solihull comprehensive school. My energy levels were well below par, sleep patterns erratic and my social life became spasmodic; it was far from a work/life balance! All I wanted to do was sit and sleep, eat comforting foods and take my dogs on brief walks.
A friend recommended I work with Fabienne in order to take charge of my lifestyle; after the initial meeting my sleep patterns started to improve immediately, with further meetings my sleep continued to be deeper and I woke feeling refreshed; my energy levels were raised and I became eager to walk further and faster with my dogs, twice a day.
